For a strong website communication, define your audience first

“Who is your audience?” This is one of the first question I ask before designing a website and one that my clients should really spend time evaluating.
The answer is not always easy, as you may often have different target audiences who have different communication needs.
This is a very important question. You can only specify the content of a website and how to organize it by knowing who you will be talking to. It drastically influences the way a site’s look and feel will be designed, and it also affects the style of writing used in it.
